Are products covered by a warranty?
All of our items are under the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product you ordered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@skatestore.com.
I would like to return a product
No problem. You can return the product to Skatestore B.V., Edelgasstraat 169, 2718 TG in Zoetermeer within 14 days of receipt. The product has to be unused and returned in its original packaging, including hangtags. If you need an additional 14 days to return your order, please register your return via info@skatestore.nl. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us. The full order amount will be reimbursed (cost of product + original shipping) within 30 days.
- If you had us grip a deck or assemble a complete skateboard the product is considered a custom product and can not be returned
- In case of a return, feel free to choose a carrier of your preference
- Register your parcel at the carrier and they will provide you with a return label

I have placed an order but I would like to change or cancel it
It is possible to change or cancel an order, but this requires swift action. Almost all of our orders are shipped on the very same day as they are placed, so contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change something about your order. We advise you to call us at +31 (0)70 206 06 60

We try our best to get back to you within three days and offer a suitable solution.
