I have entered a wrong address when I placed my order

If you made an error in the address you provided with your order please, contact us as soon as possible by phone at +31(0)70-206 06 60.

My order did not arrive

Our orders are shipped through our partner carriers. You will receive a tracking number from them as soon as your order has been shipped. Use this number to track the location of your package. If any trouble occurs, please contact the processing carrier or your local carrier and provide them with the tracking number.

A different product has been delivered

The received product is damaged

We try our best to package the products in such a way that they will not get damaged during transport. However, in case damage does occur, you can return the product for a new one.
