I entered the wrong address for my order.


If you made an error in the address you provided for your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at +31(0)70-206 06 60.

My order did not arrive.


Our orders are shipped through partner carriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from them. Use this number to track the location of your package. If any issues arise, please contact the processing carrier or your local carrier and provide them with the tracking number.

A different product has been delivered.


Our apologies. You can return the product to us, and we will send you the correct product. The costs will be covered by us. Please contact us before returning the product via info@skatestore.com or +31(0)70-206 06 60.

The received product is damaged.


We do our best to package the products to prevent damage during transport. However, if damage does occur, you can return the product for a replacement. The costs will be covered by us. Please contact us before returning the product via info@skatestore.com or +31(0)70-206 06 60. If the product is no longer in stock or on backorder, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

How do I place an order with Skatestore?


We do our best to package the products to prevent damage during transport. However, if damage does occur, you can return the product for a replacement. The costs will be covered by us. Please contact us before returning the product via info@skatestore.com or +31(0)70-206 06 60. If the product is no longer in stock or on backorder, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Ordering Nike SB (outside EU / EER )


Please note that it is only possible to order Nike SB products from us if you reside inside of the EU, UK, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or the UK. We do not make exceptions and will cancel your order immediately.

Shipping



Which carrier will deliver my package?


We work with various carriers. If your order is destined for a location outside the Netherlands, it will be delivered by a local carrier. Typically, this is your national carrier.

Can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the processing carrier with your tracking number. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder before contacting us at info@skatestore.com or +31(0)70-206 06 60.

Returns



Do products come with a warranty?


All our items come with a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product you ordered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@skatestore.com.

I would like to return a product.


No problem. You can return the product to Skatestore B.V., Edelgasstraat 169, 2718 TG in Zoetermeer within 14 days of receipt. The product has to be unused and returned in its original packaging, including hangtags. If you need an additional 14 days to return your order, please register your return via info@skatestore.nl. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us.

Returning orders from within the EU.


If a whole order is returned, the full order amount will be reimbursed (cost of product + original shipping) within 30 days. In case of a partial return, the product price will be refunded.

Returning orders from outside of the EU.


If a whole or partial order is returned, the cost of product will be reimbursed within 30 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
NOTE:
If we have gripped a deck for you or assembled a complete skateboard, the product is considered 'custom' and cannot be returned. When returning, you can use a carrier of your choice. I placed an order, but I want to change or cancel it.


It is possible to change or cancel an order, but it requires quick action. Most of our orders are shipped the same day, so contact us as soon as possible if you want to make changes to your order. We recommend calling us at +31 (0)70 206 06 60.
