Snot Wheel Co
Snot Wheels – your new favorite wheels
Snot Wheels started from a mix of frustration and inspiration. During the pandemic, Mark ‘Fos’ Foster found himself with time to think—and noticed that Dead Dave didn’t have a wheel sponsor. That got the wheels turning: why not start his own brand? Not just an extension of Heroin Wheels—they already existed—but something broader, more open. A brand that made the kind of wheels he actually wanted to ride himself, inspired by the ones he grew up with: SMA Gizmos, Alva Speedskins, Epic Brains, and the old Bones Street Rats he had in ‘89. He even lived through the 39mm era and somehow made it out.
The first batch of Snot Wheels dropped in 2021 and sold out within ten days. Fos runs the whole thing from home, packing orders in a shipping container in his garden. The wheels are poured in the U.S., because compromising on quality wasn’t an option. This stuff matters when you actually skate the product.
What sets Snot apart is its balance of function and personality. Wheels like the Little Buggers (48mm, 83B) are built for technical skating, while the Wide Boys bring a chunky ‘80s feel with a modern ride. As Fos puts it, “cool looking things that ended up being practical.” They’re meant to look good and ride even better—nothing over-engineered, nothing generic.
The artwork is an homage to the wheels Fos remembers from his early skate days. It’s full of zine-style chaos, old skate vid energy, and raw hand-drawn graphics—all made by Fos himself. Snot Wheels isn’t trying to fit in or appeal to a mass market. It’s just one skater making something real for other skaters. That’s it.
