From the moment Welcome Skateboarding opened its doors in 2005, the shop has played a major role in renewing Madrid's skateboarding scene. For their first collaboration with Nike SB, they chose a legendary skate shoe, the Zoom Blazer Mid. Styled for the 70s, loved in the 80s and a classic in the 90s, the timeless Blazer continues to captivate new generations of skateboarders and trendsetters. New design details include a premium, supple leather upper in Sail color. The collar and rope laces with houndstooth pattern give the shoe a sleek look, while a braided leather heel loop and lace panels with sawtooth profile provide a beautiful finish. The graphic on the insole designed by Marta Baztan is a nod to a well-known deck design from Welcome Skateboarding. The Zoom Air unit in the heel also provides cushioning when you get on and off your skateboard. Come on, jump on your board too. Everyone is welcome!
