ORDERING / PAYMENT

How do I place an order on Skatestore?
Once you found an item you'd like to order you can place it in your shoppingcart by clicking the 'order' button. If multiple sizes are available, don't forget to pick your size! Once you've placed the product(s) you'd like to order in your cart you can click on the cart to start the checkout process. Supply your name, address and other info and we'll ship your order out as soon as we receive your payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
On Skatestore we accept the following forms of payment:

  • Creditcard: VISA en Mastercard
  • Paypal
  • Bank transfer
When choosing Bank Transfer transfer the money to Skatestore.nl, accountnumber NL44ABNA0578345293 (IBAN), Zoetermeer. For transfers made from an account based outside of The Netherlands, use the following BIC-code: BNANL2A. Attention: The processing speed of a bank transfer payments may differ between banks. Overall Bank Transfer is the slowest form of payment, which will cause a small delay in the shipping of your product compared to instant payments through iDeal, Paypal or creditcard.

Is it possible to collect my item in store?
Absolutely. Just select 'pick up in store' during the check out process. Once you receive your pick up confirmation you can collect your order at Skatestore The Hague, Torenstraat 37, The Hague, The Netherlands.
When can I expect my order?
Delivery times differ between countries. Orders within Europe will all arrive between 2 and 5 days. If your order has not arrived after 7 work days please contact us at info@skatestore.com.
Which carrier will deliver my package?
We ship all our packages through Post NL postal services. If you order has a destination outside of The Netherlands the delivery will be completed by a postal service that has a contract with PostNL. Most times this is your national postal service. For any questions regarding this subject please visit the PostNL website.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped out you will receive an email from PostNL with your tracking number. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

RETURNS

Are products covered by a warranty?
All of our items are warrented by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. If a product you've ordered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us on info@skatestore.com
I'd like to exchange a product.
No problem. You can exchange the product for another item from our store within 7 days after receiving the product. The product has to be unused and returned in its original packaging, including hangtags. Always contact us before returning a product! You're responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us, we'll pay the postage to ship the new product your way. ATTENTION: If you had us grip a deck or assemble a complete skateboard the product is considered a custom product and can not be returned.

II'd like to return a product.
No problem. You can exchange the product for another item from our store within 7 days after receiving the product. I've placed an order but I'd like to chance or cancel it.
It's possible to change or cancel an order, but this requires swift action. Almost all of our orders are shipped on the very same day as they're placed so contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to change something about your order. We advise you to call us on +31-70-3585884 (during store hours) to talk with one of our sales associates directly.

I've entered a wrong address when I placed my order.
If you've made an error in the address you provided with your order please contact us as soon as possible by phone on +31-70-206 06 60.
My order hasn't arrived
Our orders are shipped through PostNL. You will receive a trackingnumber from them as soon as your order has been shipped. Use this number to track the location of your package. If any trouble occurs please contact PostNL or your local Postal Service and supply them with the trackingnumber.
I've received a different product than I ordered.
Our apologies. You can return the product to us and we'll send you the right product. We'll cover all the costs. Please contact us before you return the product (info@skatestore.com or +31-70-206 06 60)
The product I received is damaged.
We try our hardest to package the products in such a way that they will not get damaged during transport. However, if damage does occur we you can return the product for a new one. We'll cover all the shipping costs. Please contact us before you return the product (info@skatestore.com or +31-70-206 06 60) If the product is no longer in stock or on backorder we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
