Our shipping partner PostNL does not handle any packages on 1st & 2nd Christmas day and on January 1st.

- How do I place an order on Skatestore?
- Once you found an item you'd like to order you can place it in your shoppingcart by clicking the 'order' button. If multiple sizes are available, don't forget to pick your size! Once you've placed the product(s) you'd like to order in your cart you can click on the cart to start the checkout process. Supply your name, address and other info and we'll ship your order out as soon as we receive your payment.
- Order Nike SB (outside of Europe)
- Note! Unfortunately, it is not possible to order Nike SB products from us if you live outside of Europe. We do do not make exceptions, and we cancel your order immediately.

- When can I expect my order?
- Delivery times differ between countries. Orders within Europe will usually arrive between 2 and 5 days. If your order did not arrive after 7 work days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Which carrier will deliver my package?
- We cooperate with several carriers. If you order has a destination outside of The Netherlands the delivery will be completed by a local carrier. In general, this is your national carrier.
- Can I track my order?
- As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the processing carrier with your tracking number. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
- Are products covered by a warranty?
- All of our items are under the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product you ordered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at email@example.com
- I would like to return a product.
- No problem. You can return the product for another item from our store within 7 days after receiving the product. The product has to be unused and returned in its original packaging, including hangtags. Always contact us before returning a product! You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us. The full order amount will be reimbursed (cost of product + original shipping) within 30 days. ATTENTION: If you had us grip a deck or assemble a complete skateboard the product is considered a custom product and can not be returned.
In case of a return, feel free to choose a carrier of your preference. Register your parcel at the carrier and they will provide you with a return label.

- Underwear and face masks can not be returned in regards to hygiene.
- Never send the returned shoes in a taped up original shoebox. Use the packaging in which they were packed or wrap them in your own packaging.

- I have placed an order but I would like to change or cancel it.
- It is possible to change or cancel an order, but this requires swift action. Almost all of our orders are shipped on the very same day as they are placed, so contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change something about your order. We advise you to call us at +31 (0)70 206 06 60.
- Where can I address a complaint about the service or a product?
- We try our uttermost to provide the best service to our customers. In case you happen to have a complaint about our service or products, please contact us. We try our best to get back to you within three days and offer a suitable solution.
In case we cannot find common ground, you can submit a complaint to the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR-platform).(ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr)

- My order did not arrive.
- Our orders are shipped through our partner carriers. You will receive a tracking number from them as soon as your order has been shipped. Use this number to track the location of your package. If any trouble occurs, please contact the processing carrier or your local carrier and provide them with the tracking number.
- A different product has been delivered.

- The received product is damaged.
- We try our best to package the products in such a way that they will not get damaged during transport. However, in case damage does occur, you can return the product for a new one. The costs will be absorbed by us.
